Deborah Morgans

Originally from Wales, Deborah first began working in addiction in 1995 in NHS drug services before moving to Ireland in 1997. Prior to joining EDIT in 2017 as Service Manager, Deborah was the Manager of St. Dominic’s Community Response Project in Tallaght and before this, Deborah worked as a Project Worker for Ana Liffey Drug Project for nearly ten years.

Deborah holds a MSc (Hons) in Work and Organisational Psychology from DCU, a BSc (Hons) in Behavioural Sciences from the University of Glamorgan,  and a Diploma in Diet, Health and Wellness from the Institute of Health Sciences.

Deborah also holds a number of professional qualifications including a Certificate in Integrative Supervision from the Institute of Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy Education & Training, a Certificate in Managing in the Voluntary & Community Sector from NCI, as well as being an accredited CRA, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Janus Solutions and Brief Solution Focused Therapy practitioner.
